The Conference has secured a number of rooms at a discounted rate for all Pancreas Summit 2025 delegates within close proximity to the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre.

Rates are listed in AUD.

The accommodation booking system is called Groups 360, which is external to the registration system. This booking process provides delegates with greater flexibility to add extra nights, breakfast offerings as well as including any hotel loyalty programs. Simply access the link below and follow these steps:

  • Enter your preferred dates and number of guests and hit Search

  • This will then display the accommodation options that are available to you

  • Select your preferred hotel and follow the prompts

  • Once you’ve selected your room type you will be directed to the payment page, where your booking will be secured after payment

Room rates offered via the conference website are guaranteed the best rates up until 30 days before the start of the conference. After this date, the hotel may modify Best Available Rates for individual bookings at any given time according to current market conditions.

Accommodation cancellations and changes

  • All bookings adjustments must be made through this booking portal.

  • Bookings can be made and adjusted without penalty, until TUESDAY 19 SEPTEMBER 2025

  • Bookings cancelled after TUESDAY 19 SEPTEMBER 2025, will be charged the full price of the total accommodation booked

  • Accommodation can be booked via an external booking tool, during the registration process. Please note, your room is not confirmed until full pre-payment is received. Full pre-payment for accommodation is due by TUESDAY 19 SEPTEMBER 2025. Several payment options are available, see you the payment details on the external booking detail provided by each hotel.

    Accommodation bookings not paid for by TUESDAY 19 SEPTEMBER will be cancelled.

  • If you require additional room nights not already available, please contact the venue directly.

    No further changes are accepted after TUESDAY 19 SEPTEMBER 2025.

  • Accommodation booked as part of the conference registration process can be cancelled in full with no penalty, as long as your request to cancel is made by TUESDAY 19 SEPTEMBER. Please refer to the hotels policy in the first instane.

    All cancellations must be made in writing directly to the hotel

    Within 30 days of the conference, all rooms cancelled or no shows will be charged at the agreed rate for all room nights cancelled.

  • Each guest will be asked for a credit card upon check-in.
